“It's spring fever. That is what the name of it is. And when you've got it, you want—oh, you don't quite know what it is you do want, but it just fairly makes your heart ache, you want it so!”
― Mark Twain
It was such a pleasure to connect with Hannah Franke last week as she has been an integral part of our Sanctuary community since we opened our doors in October 2019. She started leading yoga classes in our studios during the pandemic when the other studios she taught at stopped having in-person classes. ~Much gratitude, Emily Kasman, Expansion Director at Sanctuary

It’s scientifically proven that gratitude — the simple act of focusing on the good things in life — can make you happier and healthier. And after another year of navigating the unknown, I think we can all agree that finding ways to increase positivity, contentment, and groundedness is essential during this transition into 2022.
When Sanctuary Yoga opened its first concept location in Seattle in 2018, we really had no idea what the reaction would be to what we knew was a fundamental shift in how people seek out and experience embodied wellness practices of all kinds.
Sanctuary is the most personal, immersive wellness studio experience in the universe.
